Stephen Andrews

Steve Andrews joined Zeus Fire and Security in 2022 and currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer.  In this role he is responsible for overseeing accounting and finance functions, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and integration of acquired businesses.  Steve is a senior finance and accounting professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering advisory services, leading M&A transactions and integrations, building high-performing finance teams, and developing finance talent. He has a proven track record of driving process improvements, ensuring post‑deal value capture, and aligning finance operations with strategic business goals. 

Prior to joining Zeus, Steve led the finance and accounting department for Henkels and McCoy, Inc., a large national utility contractor, and led them through a transaction.  In addition, he spent 15 years in KPMG’s advisory practice focused on supporting clients’ financial and cost control needs through major projects and capital construction programs.   

Steve graduated with a degree in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and currently resides in Haddon Township, NJ with his family.
