Michael Cox

Michael Cox is the Chief Executive Officer of Zeus Fire & Security, where he leads the company's strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience building and scaling high-performing service organizations through operational excellence, disciplined execution, and strong leadership teams.

Before joining Zeus, Michael served as Chief Executive Officer of Crete United, helping transform the company from a regional business into a national platform. Throughout his career, he has led organizations through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, and strategic acquisitions while building the systems, processes, and culture needed to create lasting value.

Prior to Crete United, Michael held executive leadership positions with Bilfinger North America, Austin Industrial, Graycor Construction, and Brand Energy Solutions, leading multi-site service businesses across operations, business development, and corporate strategy.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Michael served for 13 years as a Navy Diver, where he developed the leadership principles that continue to shape his approach today. His leadership philosophy centers on creating clarity and simple, scalable operating systems that enable teams to perform at their highest level while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
