Jay Sipper is a technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading enterprise technology, business systems, ERP strategy, digital transformation, and operational improvement initiatives across global organizations. He has built his career at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations align technology investments with strategic objectives while improving efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.

Throughout his career, Jay has led large-scale enterprise system implementations, integrations, and modernization efforts supporting finance, operations, human resources, and other critical business functions. His experience spans enterprise applications, business intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, data and analytics, and emerging technologies, helping organizations navigate growth and transformation while maximizing the value of their technology investments.

Most recently, Jay served as Chief Information Officer for a global services organization, where he was responsible for technology strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data and analytics, infrastructure, and IT operations. Prior to becoming CIO, he held progressive leadership positions in business systems and technology management with Constellis, Amentum (PAE), and Deltek. His career path includes experience in software development, consulting, enterprise application implementation, and executive technology leadership, providing a unique perspective on the challenges organizations face from both business and technology viewpoints.
