Gabriel Garcia serves as Vice President of Operations at Zeus Fire & Security, where he leads efforts to improve operational execution, accelerate growth, and deliver unmatched service across the business. With over 20 years of experience leading P&L operations in the fire, life safety, and security industries, Gabe has built a reputation for driving performance, developing strong teams, and leading change with clarity and purpose.
Prior to joining Zeus, Gabe held senior leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Toshiba Global Commerce, and SimplexGrinnell. He has led teams of more than 700 employees, managed multi-state operations with $100M+ P&Ls, and delivered measurable gains in technician productivity, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Gabe brings a disciplined, people-first approach to leadership, balancing tactical execution with strategic vision.

Gabe lives in Omaha with his wife and two sons. He’s a passionate advocate for veterans, a strong supporter of leadership development, and deeply committed to building teams that serve both customers and communities with pride.
