Chris began his career working directly with fire life-safety, access control, and surveillance systems before advancing into leadership roles overseeing multi-million-dollar regional operations. This experience has shaped his approach to leadership and given him a deep understanding of both field execution and the operational strategies required to build and scale a successful service organization.
